College's joy as millions approved for rebuilds

Ambitious plans to create two 21st century colleges in Worthing have come a step nearer with the approval of grants totalling nearly £80m.
The funding is coming from the National Capital Committee of the Learning and Skills Council.
Worthing College has been granted approval in principle of £32.5m and Northbrook College £46.
