Upper Beeding man walks free on guns charge

AN Upper Beeding man who stored a deadly machine gun with ammunition and a pistol at his grandmother's house has walked free from court.
James Kelly (20) of Hyde Square, Upper Beeding, was allowed to walk free from Hove Crown Court after Judge David Rennie decided he was not a danger to the public and gave him a 12-month sentence suspended for two years.
