MATTHEW and Jason Gamble have had tattoos on their forearms to remind them of their brother, Pte Daniel Gamble from Piltdown Rise killed by a suicide bomber in Afghanistan.
Matthew, 24 said: 'Dan was a hero, and he will always be remembered as one.
'As his brother, I wanted to get a permanent tribute to him tattooed on my body as a mark of my love and respect for him.'
Jason, 18, a lifeguard at the Uckfield Leisure Centre swimming pool added: 'A load of Dan's mates had them done too, with the word 'mate' where we've got 'brother'.
'People loved Dan, he was one in a million. It says a lot that people want to have tattoos of his name on their arms.'
The brothers' tattoos read: Daniel Gamble, My Brother, RIP along with the dates of his birth and death.
