Minute's silence for councillor who died in crash

A MINUTE'S silence was held in memory of a former councillor at a Hailsham Town Council meeting on Monday.
Last week the Express reported the death of Winsome Ottaway and her sister in a tragic road accident in Turkey.
Mrs Ottaway represented Hailsham East Ward from 1995 to May 2003.
