Rewards Training holds awards ceremony

Haywards Heath based Rewards Training has held an awards ceremony celebrating the successes and achievements of local businesses.

The lunchtime event, held at the Rewards office in South Road, Haywards Heath, invited employers to give recognition to their employees for achieving a range of qualifications and completing national training schemes.

Some of the qualifications achieved included NVQ's and Institute of Leadership and Management certificates.

The Principle and CEO of Central Sussex College, Russell Strutt, presented awards and recognised individuals in a speech, three of which represented Burgess Hill companies; Technetix, Holiday Options and Formsafe.

He also acknowledged Rewards, noting that they would be a key partner with the college and play a significant role in the training of students.

He said: "It is a real pleasure for me to be invited to an event such as this which recognises employer and employee achievements and the successes that businesses continue to benefit from as they continue to develop the skills of their staff."
