Burgess Hill and District Rotary Club are delighted to announce that they raised £3309 for Local and International Projects during their Christmas collections:
£1242 at the Market Place, where they collected for ten days;
£1474 from street collections around the town over three weeks;
£593 from a collection at Tesco supermarket on Saturday, 22nd December.
We would especially thank Chris Goldfinch at the Market Place for enabling us to collect there and thank the Manager at Wilkinson’s for donating our Christmas Star Wishes Tree, which has been enjoyed by all. We thank all members of the public for their support in these collections and wish everyone a very Happy New Year.
