Speed camera torched
A SPEED camera worth £40,000 was torched in the early hours of yesterday (Thursday July 17) morning.
The speed camera in Lower Street, Pulborough, is thought to have been set on fire at just before 1am.
West Sussex Fire and Rescue deployed a fire engine from Storrington to attend the incident.
Police are treating the incident as arson and are asking anyone with any information to contact PC Mark Stoner on 0845 6070999 quoting ref 73 of July 17.
