SIX people were treated for injuries after a three vehicle collision in Balcombe yesterday (Sunday June 28).
Ambulances and police were called to the junction of the B2036 London Road and the Haywards Heath Road just before 12.30pm.

The junction is marked by a mini roundabout that is part of a village traffic calming scheme to slow the speed of vehicles as they heads for the M23 at Maidenbower.

The vehicles involved – a Suzuki 4x4, a Corsa and a Passat – were all damaged and the road was partially blocked for about an hour.

All the passengers and drivers involved in the collision suffered what were believed to have been minor injuries, although one was taken to East Surrey Hospital in Redhill for treatment.
