Gordon Ramsay's rants and raves – not to mention the odd swear word – are 20 times worse in reality than on TV, according to a man who should know.
Andy Owen, who has worked with the celebrity TV chef, said: "What you see on TV, if you times that by about 20, that is really what he is like. But it is for the right reasons."

Andy and his wife Alex are the new owners of the refurbished Cowdray Arms, now renamed The Cowdray, on the B2036 London Road, Balcombe.
The well-known pub has been closed since early December for a complete refurbishment and reopened yesterday (Wednesday).

Tonight (Thursday) between 5pm and 8pm, Andy and Alex are offering free drinks to regulars and from now until February 14 they are giving a 50 per cent discount on menu prices.
