A HOUSING developer is planning ten affordable homes on a former mushroom farm in Oving.
Hyde Martlet wants to develop the redundant land to the north of Gribble Lane with two three-bedroom and six two-bedroom houses, with two one-bedroom bungalows.

Residents and visitors would access the site via a new private road on to Gribble Lane.

Sixteen car-parking spaces are proposed, with a communal lockable cycle storage area.
