Tributes have been paid to a motorist who died after the van he was driving crashed into a tree.
Samuel Howard (29) of Selsey Road, Sidlesham was driving a white Ford Escort van north on the A285 when the vehicle left the road and hit a tree.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident happened at 9.04am on Saturday, August 2.
No
other vehicles were involved.
Police are appealing for witnesses who saw the incident itself or the van being driven prior to it to get in touch.
