CRICKET WEEK: Is in full swing with food and drink readily available each evening at the Cricket Ground and the great barbecue on Saturday 30 July. Tickets are priced at £8 in advance or £10 on the night (Under 16s £4 in advance and £5 on the night and under 12s free) and are available from the normal village outlets as well as from Tim Murrills 811895, Carol Dutton or Adrian Ruzicka. This is a glorious village institution, so if you haven’t tried it before wander down on the Saturday night for a fabulous, family event watching the sun go down over one of the most attractive cricket grounds in Sussex and enjoying hog roast, salads and great music with a live band.
