Burgess Hill man pleads not guilty to rape and threats to kill

A Burgess Hill man has pleaded not guilty to four counts of rape and one count of threats to kill.

Kieran Green, 21, from Hambrook, appeared in Hove Trial Centre yesterday (August 19) and pleaded not guilty to all charges.

His trial has been set for March 14 2016, at crown court in Lewes, Brighton or Hove.

He has been given bail on the condition that he does not contact the alleged victim directly or indirectly.
