SCHOOL, charity and community bands and choirs are being invited to perform at a Christmas Fayre taking place at a West Sussex garden centre this month.

Country Gardens Handcross on London Road is looking for carolers and brass and Salvation Army bands to attend its free Christmas Fayre Weekend taking place on November 17 and 18.

Will Foulkes, Acting Manager of the garden centre, said: “We are looking for entertainers who can provide festive-themed entertainment for our Christmas shoppers to come along to the event.

“It will be a great opportunity for people to promote their organisations or charities to our visitors at Country Gardens Handcross for free. We are looking to link with local community groups and organisations, school choirs and bands and panto societies and anyone relevant who might like to come along on one or both days to promote themselves to the several hundreds of customers who will attend the event.”
