The following are results from Crawley and Horsham magistrates’ courts.

Rory Henebury, 35, of Brantridge Lane, Balcombe, was fined £100, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Burgess Hill.

Jonathan Hurley, 33, of Kilnbarn Way, Haywards Heath, was fined £200, with £38.34 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of using an unlicensed vehicle on the A272 at Buck Barn.

Dylan Barkas, 23, of London Road, East Grinstead, was fined £200, with £38.34 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of using an unlicensed vehicle in East Grinstead.

Terence Flynn, 60, of Ashenground Road, Haywards Heath, was fined £200, with a £20 victim surcharge, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of failing to notify the Secretary of State of a vehicle transfer.

Tracy Lewis, 48, of Sackville Gardens, East Grinstead, was fined £400, with £43.34 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. She had been convicted in her absence of using an unlicensed vehicle in East Grinstead.

Oliver Brown, 34, of Denham Road, Burgess Hill, was banned from driving for a year, with a £350 fine, a £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving.

Lewes Hustwayte, 21, of Oathall Road, Haywards Heath, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Haywards Heath, and to assaulting a police constable.

Adetunji Oluokun, 20, of Brighton Road, Worthing, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge. He had pleaded guilty to common assault in Haywards Heath.

Terri Chapman, 21, of College Lane, Hurstpierpoint, was given a one year conditional discharge, with £756 compensation, and a £15 victim surcharge. She had pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a car.

Bernadette Comar, 49, of Junction Road, Burgess Hill, was banned from driving for four years, and given a community order with a £60 victim surcharge, and £300 costs. She had been found guilty of drink driving in Burgess Hill.

Paul Smith, 45, of Burnham Place, Horsham, was jailed for six months, with an £80 victim surcharge. He had been found guilty of common assault, and causing criminal damage to a door, in Burgess Hill. A restraining order was made, barring him from contacting three named people, or going to Burgess Hill.
