The following are results from Crawley and Horsham magistrates’ courts.

Peter Tucker, 31, of West Park Crescent, Burgess Hill, was jailed for one month. He had pleaded guilty to breaching a community order for assault, possessing cannabis and assaulting a police officer, and to failing to answer bail.

Mark Tunmore, 36, of Sunnywood Drive, Haywards Heath, was banned from driving for 14 months, with a £465 fine, a £47 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving in Haywards Heath.

Mark Raines, 51, of Midfields Drive, Burgess Hill, was given an absolute discharge. He had been found guilty of driving without insurance. Court records say he had believed he was fully insured.

Simon Kirwan, 27, of Goreside Lane, Cuckfield, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and £29 compensation. He had pleaded guilty to two counts of stealing food from supermarkets in Haywards Heath.

Mustafa Yildirim, 37, of Winton Close, London, was banned from driving for six months, with a £600 fine, a £60 victim surcharge, and £300 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding on the A23 at Bolney, and failing to identify a driver suspected of committing an offence.

Matthew Mitchell, 41, of Woodleigh Road, Burgess Hill, was fined £83, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a traffic light.

Giorgio Vagnuni, 56, of Walshes Road, Crowborough, was fined £80, with a £20 victim surcharge, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at East Grinstead.

Craig Ross, 30, of Mainstone Close, Deepcut, Camberley, was fined £600, with a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding at Bolney.

Mihail Bivol, 38, of Wood End Lane, Northolt, was fined £107, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at East Grinstead.

Daniel Reoch, 31, of Housman Way, Felbridge, was banned from driving for a month, with a £520 fine, a £52 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A23 at Brighton.

Gabriel Simionescu, 35, of Whiting Avenue, Barking, was fined £600, with a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without insurance at Albourne.

Jerome Anicet, 29, of Silverdale Road, Burgess Hill, was given a three month jail sentence, suspended for a year, with a £37 fine, an £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £180 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to four counts of making off without payment from restaurants; two counts of using an electronic communications network to cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety; four counts of being drunk and disorderly; failing to answer bail; and two counts of common assault. A restraining order was made, barring him from contacting one of the assault victims.

In a separate hearing, he was given a one month jail sentence, suspended for 18 months, with £58.35 compensation, an £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £180 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly, and to making off without payment from a restaurant, both in Crawley.

John Smith, 53, of Wellingtonia Way, Edenbridge, was given a two month jail sentence, suspended for 18 months, with a six month driving ban, £664.70 compensation, and £200 costs. He had been found guilty on three counts of causing criminal damage to windows in Turners Hill.

Dale Connelly, 25, of Chequers Lane, Tadworth, was banned from driving for six months, with a £500 fine, a £25 victim surcharge, and £625 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding and driving without due care and attention at Albourne.

Amanda May, 56, of Holmesdale Road, Burgess Hill, was fined £290, with a £29 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and six penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified in Burgess Hill.

Steven Robinson, 39, of Lower Road, Stoke Mandeville, was banned from driving for 23 months, with a £1,345 fine, a £120 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving at East Grinstead.
