The following are results from Sussex Northern magistrates sitting at Horsham and Crawley.

Antons Paduse, 43, of Sunnyside Road, Ilford, was fined £220, with a £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding at Bolney.

Mark Maynard, 28, of Highbank, Haywards Heath, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to making a phonecall that was offensive or menacing, making threats to cause criminal damage, and assault.

Michael Drea, 51, of Jeremys Lane, Bolney, was banned from driving for 18 months, with a £690 fine, a £69 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breath alcohol specimen.

Kevin Hammond, 56, of Church Lane, Upper Beeding, was banned from driving for 20 months, with a £120 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving at Albourne.

Quincey Smith, 24, of Lewes Road, Newhaven, was banned from driving for 17 months, with a community order, a £200 fine, a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention in Burgess Hill, failing to provide a blood alcohol specimen, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress, and resisting a police officer.

Jerome Anicet, 29, of Silverdale Road, Burgess Hill, was jailed for 28 days, with an £80 victim surcharge, and a £180 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to using a phone network to send a false message to cause inconvenience to another, and to breaching a criminal behaviour order by contacting the fire and rescue service.

Jake Rose-Witter, 22, of Foxgrove Road, Beckenham, was fined £115, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving with an illegally worn tyre at Hickstead.
