The following are results from Sussex Northern magistrates sitting at Horsham and Crawley.

Benjamin Eyles, 39, of Junction Road, Haywards Heath, was banned from driving for 14 months, with a £400 fine, a £40 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving in Haywards Heath.

Glen Ward, 42, of Oakhurst, Sayers Common, was fined £440, with £76.67 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence, of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Gavin Willis, of West Street, Burgess Hill, was fined £220, with £32.50 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of using an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Aleksiev Zhivkov, 35, of Knole Grove, East Grinstead, was banned from driving for 15 months, with a £300 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving without insurance, and driving without a licence, at Haywards Heath.

Emily Anscombe, 25, of Church Road, Haywards Heath, was banned from driving for three years, with a £120 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. She had pleaded guilty to drink driving at Burgess Hill.

Joshua Birchall, 19, of Spring Gardens, Washington, was fined £120, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without insurance at Handcross.
