The following are results from Sussex Northern magistrates sitting at Horsham and Crawley.

Jane Rouse-Peters, 50, of West Street, Burgess Hill, was fined £40, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and four penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention in Burgess Hill.

Jonathan Hawes, 52, of Wintons Close, Burgess Hill, was banned from driving for 12 months, with a £400 fine, a £40 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving in Burgess Hill.

Charlene Lish, 29, of Anchor Way, Lingfield, was fined £140, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to speeding at East Grinstead.

Paul Brown, 42, of Chestnut Road, Kingston Upon Thames, was fined £660, with a £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding at East Grinstead.

Lamar Saunders, 22, of Netherwood Road, London, was fined £660, with a £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding at East Grinstead.

Anna Sobolewska-Bujwid, 39, of Church Road, Burgess Hill, was fined £660, with a £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to her licence. She had been convicted in her absence of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding at East Grinstead.

Shirley Ashby, 57, of Christie Close, Chatham, was fined £40, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to speeding at East Grinstead.

Nigel Langdon, 42, of Drapers Road, Enfield, was fined £40, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at East Grinstead.

Victor Marquez, 32, of Portland Road, Hove, was fined £660, with a £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding at East Grinstead.

Christian Scarlat, 23, of High Street, Croydon, was fined £660, with a £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding at East Grinstead.

Glynis Simpson, 62, of Ridgeway, East Grinstead, was fined £660, with a £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to her licence. She had been convicted in her absence of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding at East Grinstead.

Colin Styles, 64, of Lexington Drive, Haywards Heath, was fined £660, with a £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding at Northchapel.

Hakini Andersson, 43, of Franklands Village, Haywards Heath, was given a six month jail sentence, suspended for 18 months, with 100 hours of unpaid work, an £80 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. She had pleaded guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm.

Luke Jordan, 22, of Willow Way, Hurstpierpoint, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to resisting a police officer.
