The following are results contributed by HM Court Service, of cases sentenced by Sussex Northern magistrates sitting at Horsham and Crawley.

Benjamin Capewell, 30, of Macleod Road, Horsham, was banned from driving for 38 months, with a £575 fine, a £58 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving in Haywards Heath.

Mehmet Dedeoglu, 27, of Sackville Gardens, East Grinstead, was fined £360, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without insurance, and driving without a licence at East Grinstead, and to possessing Class A and Class B drugs (cocaine and cannabis) at Crawley.

Amanda Taylor, 62, of Birch Way, Hassocks, was banned from driving for 20 months, with a £120 fine, a £20 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. She had pleaded guilty to drink driving in Woodsland Road, Hassocks.

Paul Good, 53, of Fulmar Drive, East Grinstead, was fined £220, with a £22 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of driving without an MoT certificate in Lingfield Road, East Grinstead.

Phillip Law, 32, of Colwell Road, Haywards Heath, was banned from driving for 18 months, with a £120 fine, a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving.

Angus Henderson, 41, of High Street, Handcross, was fined £220, with £72.50 vehicle excise back duty. He had been convicted in his absence of using an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Abigail Eastwell-Crathern, 29, of Boltro Road, Haywards Heath, was fined £440, with £55 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. She had been convicted in her absence of using an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Matthew Jago, 30, of Dunstall Farm Road, Burgess Hill, was fined £440, with £72.50 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of using an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Danny Leach, 19, of Cook Road, Crawley, was fined £440, with a £44 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of speeding in London Road, East Grinstead.

Ernie Smith, 44, of Hanlye Lane, Cuckfield, was fined £220, with a £22 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of using a mobile phone while driving in Bolnore Road, Haywards Heath.

Gavin Willis, 32, of Charlwood Gardens, Burgess Hill, was fined £193, with a £20 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of speeding in Sussex Way, Burgess Hill.
