The following are results contributed by HM Court Service, of cases sentenced by Sussex Northern magistrates sitting at Crawley.

Ion Stoica, 47, of Knole Drive, East Grinstead, was fined £100, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A22 at East Grinstead.

Mathew Whalley, 24, of Tilgate Forest Row, Pease Pottage, was fined £192, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the B2114 at Handcross.

Michael Smith, 30, of Fairbridge Way, Burgess Hill, was fined £100, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Pyecombe.

Michael Brown, 28, of Glebe Road, Cuckfield, was banned from driving for a year, with a £350 fine, a £35 victim services surcharge, and £625 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving in Glebe Road, Haywards Heath.

Roy Willis, 43, of Upper St John Road, Burgess Hill, was given a community order with 60 hours of unpaid work, an £85 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order by phoning a woman in Haywards Heath, and by going to Princess Royal Hospital while she was a patient there.

Mehmet Dedeoglu, 27, of Sackville Gardens, East Grinstead, was banned from driving for a year, given a community order with 150 hours of unpaid work, an £85 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified, and to driving without insurance in Ewhurst Road, West Green.

Graham Ellett, 66, of Cuckfield Road, Ansty, was fined £100, with a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to obstructing a police officer in Haywards Heath.

Ricky Jeffery, 35, of Western Road, Burgess Hill, was fined £375, with a £37.50 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention on the A24 at Southwater.

Benjamin Khor, 36, of Queens Road, Haywards Heath, was ordered to pay £200 compensation, with £620 costs. He had pleaded guilty to two counts of common assault at Mannings Heath Golf Club.

Charlene Moore, 31, of Fraser Walk, Handcross, was fined £220, with a £30 victim services surcharge, and £100 costs. She had been convicted of being the registered keeper of an uninsured vehicle.
