Gary Walker, 64, of St Johns Road, Burgess Hill, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding on the A2037 at Small Dole.

Sam Jehu-Appiah, 24, of Weald Close, Hurstpierpoint, was given an 18 month conditional discharge, with a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to causing £203 worth of criminal damage to a mug, TV, and photo frame in Hurstpierpoint.

John Marshall, 42, of Penn Crescent, Haywards Heath, was banned from driving for 22 months, with a £625 fine, a £62.50 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving in South Road, Plumpton Green.

Joshua Bird, 25, of Old Farm Close, Haywards Heath, was given a 16 week jail sentence, suspended for a year, with a three month curfew, a £115 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a Mercedes, assaulting a police officer, and possessing a folding pocket knife with a blade longer than three inches.

Alexander Hoyle, 39, of Lexington Drive, Haywards Heath, was given a 12 week jail sentence, suspended for two years, with a £115 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to causing fear of violence by sending threatening text messages to a woman in Haywards Heath. A restraining order was made, barring him from contacting the victim, or going to an address in Haywards Heath.

Stephen Douglas, 34, of Corfe Close, Southwater, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding on the A23 at Bolney.

Peter Jorgensen, 56, of Fairfield Road, East Grinstead, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding on the A22 at East Grinstead.

Garry Perkins, 52, of Saxby Road, Burgess Hill, was fined £64, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £40 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a red traffic light on the A270 at Portslade.

Simon Pope, 51, of Beaconsfield Road, Chelwood Gate, was fined £300, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and four penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A24 at Shipley.
