Cuckfield Society: will hold this year’s annual general meeting at the Queen’s Hall at 8.00 pm on Friday, 18th March 2016. Doors open at 7.30pm. We will be providing an update on the Society’s activities and the annual report and accounts will be submitted for approval. Additionally, we are looking to our members to fill vacant positions on the committee (details below).
Treasurer: ideally someone with an accountancy or book keeping accreditation. News letter editor: To compile and edit news letter content, and send it to the printers and onward to distributors. Secretary:To take and file minutes etc for our monthly meetings.

Fantastic local food market: held on the 2nd Saturday of every month (except January). This month, on 12th March . Delicious cakes, bread, fish, cheese, vegetables, meat and game. Find us at the Talbot courtyard in the High Street. Organised by Volunteers to promote locally available food. Runs from 9.30am until 12.30pm.
Lunch time concert: at Holy Trinity Church, Cuckfield on Friday 4th March, 1.00pm-2.00pm. Soup will be served from 12.30. These very popular monthly concerts are held on the first Friday of the month in the church. This month we welcome Louisa Lam - piano and Fiona Mitchell - clarinet for an exciting concert of music including the Flight of the Bumblebee
