Royal Memorabilia to celebrate the Queen’s 90th Birthday: Cuckfield Museum takes a light-hearted look at items collected by local people over the Queen’s life time. These range from home-made royal wedding souvenirs, special edition newspapers and a Coronation tea strainer, to more modern die-cast models, Jubilee silk knickers and quality china. Her Majesty’s love of dogs is reflected by how much, one way and another, corgis are involved. The exhibition will run until the end of August and the museum is open on Wednesdays 10.00 - 12.30 and on Fridays and Saturdays 10.00 - 4.00. (www.cuckfieldmuseum.org)
