‘Difficult’ chimney fire at Haywards Heath
Firefighters tackled a chimney fire at Haywards Heath yesterday evening (Wednesday March 5).
The emergency service was called to the scene in Haywards Road at around 6.30pm.
Firefighters classed the incident as a ‘difficult chimney’ and used a ladder and an aerial ladder platform to access the fire.
The incident was closed at around 9pm.
