A new Local Residents’ Action Group has been formed in Handcross after concerns about building plans for the village.
It meets next Wednesday (October 30) at the Royal Oak Public House, Horsham Road, Handcross at 8pm.
The group is concerned about what it says is a lack of consultation over the Handcross neighbourhood plan and a Community Right To Build order for land between St Martins Close and Coos Lane.
A planning inspector will hear about technical matters concerning the plan on November 4. Residents hope to present a petition establishing their opposition to the plan.
