The Hassocks Health Centre in Windmill Avenue are hosting a talk on the issues Today (Thursday 17th) from 10.00am to 11.30am. The session will be led by Dr Isabel Konrad. Those who come to the session, will, by the end of the session....
Understand the services available to help you and your child, and when to use them.
Understand the common issues for new born/babies under a year old.
Know how to ensure safer sleeping for your young babies.
Know the common childhood illnesses and how we address them.
Understand general welfare for children – how to deal with bumps and bruises, scalds, etc.
All are welcome to attend. There is no charge.

The next meeting of the Hassocks WI is on Monday 21st September at the Adastra Hall, Keymer Road at 7.45pm. The Virtual Masterchef. A group competition. Test your knowledge – your taste buds and your invention skills.

Hassocks Townswomen Guild will be meeting on Tuesday22nd September at the Pauline Thaw Centre, Dale Avenue from 2:30pm, where the speaker is Shirley Jaffrey on ‘In Grandmothers Footsteps’

If you are interested in learning about Dementia and the support available locally, come along and meet representatives from the Alzheimer’s Society at Hassocks Library on Thursday 24th September between 1.00pm and 4.00pm. Clayton with Keymer Parish Churches Invite you to a Concert and Supper in aid of much needed Church Funds on Saturday 26th September at 7.30pm. Keymer Church Hall, Church Mead. ‘No Strings Attached’ is an “a cappella” group of six mixed voices who sing a variety of pop songs and well know light music. This is a night of entertainment not to miss! Pay Bar and Raffle. Tickets priced £10 are available from Hassocks Hardware or by emailing julietstrange@onetel.com
