A FINE team performance saw Hassocks crush Eastbourne Utd AFC 7-1 at The Beacon on Saturday to progress in the FA Cup.
Goals from Anthony Hibbert and Neil Kane put the hosts in control but Eastbourne gave themselves hope when Shane Saunders made it 2-1 at half time.
The second half though saw the visitors completely overrun as Mickey Jewell's men scored five unanswered goals.
Kane scored his second before Daley Clark got in on the action to make it 4-1.
The Robins showed their strength in depth with good performances off the bench - Dan Smith coming on to add a fifth with fellow substitute Chris Maynard helping himself to a late brace, while Lee Waterhouse also impressed with two assists.
