People are continually asking for the true facts about the Europe situation to enable them to make up their minds as to which way they should vote.

The fact is that they will never get the facts as no one knows what will actually happen if we stay in or we come out.

People will have to vote based upon their own instincts about the European experience. My instinct tells me that our Country will be safer, have more control over our affairs and eventually economically stronger if we come out.

If the vote is close, as is expected, then I can see it being rigged so we stay in.

If we stay in one thing is certain the EEC will continually be asking the UK to increase its financial contributions.

If we stay in then the UK MUST insist the EEC publishes its accounts annually to stop it being a ‘gravy train’ for the Officials, Commissioners and the MEPs.

If we stay in then the UK Parliament will need a fundamental reorganisation, as the EEC make more laws for us and the European Court of (In)Justice controls what we can and cannot do, we will not need all the MPs we now have, with the workload being drastically reduced because of the control the EEC will have over our affairs.

The number of MPs can be reduced by about 400, given all those remaining a seat in the Commons Chamber. The House of Lords can be scrapped, with it being converted into MPs’ London accommodation.

The savings made can then contribute to our EEC contribution, MPs’ can be paid an increased salary, which incorporates their expenses and used for the well being of the British people.

I am an elderly concerned citizen looking for a better future for my children and grandchildren.
