In the early hours of Saturday September 7 we had a large pot of mixed summer geraniums taken from outside our house in Junction Road.
The pot weighs 17.5 kilos, is 30cm in height and 40cm in diameter, so by no means light. This pot is one of a pair that have stood on either side of my garage for many years with no trouble.
According to a neighbour of mine he heard several loud groups making their way up the road in the early hours of Saturday morning. Being on a main route from several pubs we do hear a lot of rowdy behaviour and over the years it has got worse.
I wondered if you could feature this disappearance in an attempt to obtain its return because the recipient of the ‘gift’ might have a pang of conscience and return it having seen a picture of it’s pair.
