A Lindfield driver has been charged with drink-driving offences.
Police said Mark Miall, an actuary, was arrested at his home address in Beckworth Lane, on December 4.
The 53-year-old was charged with having 66mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.
He is due to appear at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on December 21.
A total of 45 drivers have been arrested in Sussex since the Operation Dragonfly campaign, the crackdown on drink and drug-drivers run jointly by Surrey and Sussex Police, was launched on Tuesday December 1.
