Demolition is under way of a building where health services for more than 100,000 people were once decided.

The Victorian villa Beechmont in the grounds of the Princess Royal Hospital at Haywards Heath was once used in more modern times for training and NHS trust board meetings.

It will become a car park with 60 spaces.
