Pictured at the ambulance station in Burgess Hill is the ceremony.
Burgess Hill District Lions Club has supported this valuable service from the start but over the last twelve months have revisited the project.
Last year the club agreed to purchase another full responder kit plus a defibrillator then in May this year in partnership with the Shapla Indian Restaurant held a fund raising evening followed in August by a Car Boot Sale at South Downs Nurseries.
Lion President John Gee was pleased to day to hand over the final cheque for £650 which means that the Burgess Hill District Lions have donated to this cause over the last twelve months £2896.
