Central Sussex College launches ‘Futures Fair 2014’ on March 4 and 5 at its Crawley campus and is inviting local businesses and organisations to sign-up to exhibit at the event.
It is being staged at the college’s Crawley Campus but will be for students from all its campuses including Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill and will be open to members of the public as well.
The Futures Fair will take place during National Apprenticeship Week and feature stalls from universities,
apprenticeship providers, recruitment agencies, careers services, banks, youth organisations, the armed forces
and a range of local and national employers.
It will provide Platform for organisations to make contact with students who are leaving College this year and thinking about their next step, as well as local job seekers and those looking for a change of career.
The event will be open to the public on Wednesday March 5 between 3.30pm and 6.30pm, with a large number of visitors
A specialist advice session about apprenticeships will also run as part of the Futures Fair between 4.30pm and 6.30pm so that visitors can find out more about how apprenticeships work, how to register for vacancies and current opportunities.
Up to thirty places are available each day, for exhibitors, who can choose to attend on either Tuesday or Wednesday March 4 or 5, or both days, subject to availability.
Companies interested in meeting their workforce of the future should contact one of Central Sussex College’s Skills Advisers for more information on 01293 453100/453453/453438.
