COMEDIAN Steve Coogan has officially opened the new A&E department at the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital.

Although the unit is based in the ‘Alex’ off Eastern Road, Brighton, it is open to children within the catchment of Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals, which provides hospital care for patients across central Sussex.
