Court results - Mid Sussex

The following are results from Sussex Northern magistrates sitting at Horsham and Crawley.

Kieron Lawlor, 35, of Bretton, Burgess Hill, was banned from driving for a year, with a £595 fine, a £60 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving at Haywards Heath.

Richard Willard, 31, of Pound Lane, Upper Beeding, was banned from driving for 22 months, with a £120 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving at Hurstpierpoint.

Luke Fairhall, 19, of Highlands Drive, Burgess Hill, was fined £120, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without insurance.

Leon Donegan, 36, of Chaloner Road, Lindfield, was fined £85, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and an £85 fine. He had pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour, and to resisting a police officer.

Blair Skinner, 22, of Maple Drive, Burgess Hill, was banned from driving for 17 months, with a £150 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to driving with illegal levels of a cocaine metabolite, and of a cannabis metabolite, in his blood, and to possessing cannabis, all at Haywards Heath.

Mark Maynard, 29, of Highbank, Haywards Heath, was fined £150, with a £20 victim surcharge, and £100 costs. He had pleaded guilty to withholding information in order to obtain vehicle insurance, and to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Crawley.
