Feathered friend proves noisy neighbour
KEEN gardener Mike Costello of Cobbetts Mead, Haywards Heath, has a noisy guest for the past week who is determined to make herself heard.
A brightly coloured and persistent Bullfinch perches on Mr Costello's back door handle twittering and tapping on the glass all day long.
Mr Costello says the bird arrives in the morning and spends hours knocking with the occasional break. He added: "I have lived here for 30 years and have never seen anything like it. It is most unusual behaviour."
