Generous customers at pubs help children’s hospice
Customers at The Bull in Ditchling and The New Inn in Hurstpierpoint have raised more than £2,000 for Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice.
Customers were given the option of adding a £1 donation to their bills during December. The pubs’ owner, Dominic Worrall, also donated the profits from ticket sales for a New Year’s Eve event at the Bull.
Mr Worrall said: “Having a young family myself, it really hits home what a wonderful facility Chestnut Tree House is.”
