Man seriously injured in A24 crash

Emergency services were called to the collision close to the Wiston Business Park, in Ashington, at around 3.30am on Sunday (February 7).

Police said the crash involved a black Mercedes and a man, believed to be in his 40s, was taken to Worthing Hospital with serious but not life threatening injuries.

He has since been transferred to St Richard’s Hospital in Chichester.
