MUSEUM THROWS THE SPOTLIGHT ON FARMING
IF YOU don't know what a quern is now is your chance to find out.
Hurstpierpoint Museum is holding an exhibition of farming from now until June 4 as part of Museums and Galleries Month.
The exhibition in collaboration with Henfield Museum is being held in the foyer of Hurstpierpoint Village Centre, Trinity Road, Hurstpierpoint.
It includes sheep farming including a smock, a crook and sheep shears, dairy farming items such as butter and milk distribution items and haymaking tools with pictures from a local farm in period.
