Palau talk backed by Songs of Praise orchestra

Internationally renowned All Souls Orchestra will play at Clair Hall in Haywards Heath on Saturday (April 17) in support of Christian speaker Andrew Palau.

Andrew, along with his wife Wendy, escaped a plane crash in Kingston, Jamaica, a few months ago with barely a scratch.

His talk will include how he came to his faith at the age of 27 after a life of drugs and alcohol abuse. It will give a message of hope to others including how to make positive lifestyle choices.

All Souls Orchestra, which has regularly appeared on BBC radio and TV and on Songs of Praise, is supporting a tour by Andrew, who is the son of international Christian communicator Luis Palau.

Local organiser Peter Ford, who lives in Lindfield, said audiences loved the music played by the Orchestra, which included a mixture of upbeat songs intersperced with old favourites.
