The Princess Royal will be at Plumpton Racecourse on March 31 in her role as President of Racing Welfare.
She will host a lunch for more than 300 guests in aid of the charity, which provides specialist counselling and support services for anyone in need who works in, or is retired from, the thoroughbred breeding and racing industry.
The Charity Raceday will feature a lunch, auction and silent auction in the Pavilion marquee. Racing Welfare is supported by many prominent racing figures who will be attending the lunch and auctioneer for the day, popular TV presenter Mike Cattermole, will be persuading guests to purchase a number of exciting ‘money can’t buy’ lots.
Another highlight of the day will be the first ever Space Hopper Grand National on the final stretch of the Plumpton track. All this is on top of a seven-race National Hunt card.
Tickets for this one-off event are strictly limited and cost £85 per person. For further details contact Jo Littmoden on 01638 560763 or via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
