A signalling problem between Gatwick Airport and Haywards Heath is causing rail delays this afternoon (Monday February 15).
Southern Rail has said the issue is forcing trains to run at a reduced speed on coastbound lines.
Network Rail engineers, who are responsible for maintaining signalling and track, are currently fixing the problem.
Trains are being delayed by up to 15 minutes and disruption is expected to last until 5.30pm.
