Road closed after bus and car crash in Haywards Heath
Part of Haywards Heath was closed this morning after a bus and car were in collision
The crash at The Broadway involved a bus and a Mercedes estate car opposite Cafe Rouge restaurant at about 9.30am.
A third vehicle was also involved in the incident.
Police re-directed traffic up Heath Road.
The Mercedes driver was carried in a stretcher to one of two ambulances called to the crash.
Some passengers on the bus were checked by another ambulance crew, but it was not thought there were serious injuries.
