VIDEO - Robbery at Northlands Wood One Stop shop
Shocking CCTV footage of a knife-point robbery in Haywards Heath, has been released by police.
Just before 7.30pm on Sunday, March 22, three men entered the One Stop shop in Northlands Avenue, Haywards Heath.
The robbers demanded money and at one point a knife was held to the throat of a member of staff.
The offenders escaped with cash, via a fire exit at the rear of the store.
DS Sian Griffiths from Haywards Heath CID said: "This was a savage attack and has left the staff involved traumatised as a result of the incident.
"Police have released CCTV images of the offenders and are appealing for any information that may assist in capturing these callous offenders."
The men are described as white and thought to be aged in their late teens to 20s. One male is of large build, one thin build and one medium.
The male that has a larger build is wearing grey tracksuit bottoms, a black hooded top, a black balaclava and black and white trainers.
The thin male is wearing blue jeans, a black top with a white logo on the left breast and on the rear and black trainers with silver on.
The medium built male is wearing black tracksuit bottoms with white stripes, a black hooded top with Air Max written on it and black trainers.
