Lindfield’s ‘pink lady’ - Esther Featherstone - is at it again.

Esther, a Zumba fitness instructor who holds classes across Mid Sussex, is staging a six-hour Zumbathon at Clair Hall in Haywards Heath on Sunday March 16 at 2pm.

The latest Zumbathon to be held by Esther is to raise money for this year’s Lindfield Arts Festival.

For the first time in its five year history the LAF is being moved from May to September and will take place on the weekend of September 12 to 14.

In the tradition of a new director for each festival, this the fifth festival, will be directed by Esther along with two fellow cohorts with the festival theme being ‘Lindfield: Past, Present and Future!’

Participants can sign up for the Zumbathon to shimmy for two, four or the whole six hours.

All money raised will go to the festival which is now a registered charity and relies heavily on fundraising. For more information on the festival please visit www.lindfieldartsfestival.com
