An eighth annual street music festival will come to Haywards Heath this bank holiday weekend.

Making Waves on Broadway will bring non-stop music to The Broadway from 11am until 10pm on Sunday.

The line-up includes old favourites plus a host of new bands including some of Mid Sussex’s best up-and-coming artists. 16 live acts will be performing in The Broadway and over 3000 people are expected to visit.

First on stage is the Sussex String Quartet. There will also be performances from The RPMs, Buckles Boots N Spurs, Felicity Watson, No Strings Attached, Hereward Kaye, VoicesLive, Abba Revival and U2tribe.

Just Tina will recreate the spectacle of Tina Turner with a six piece live band.

The three remaining band members from Chicory Tip will perform their 60’s and 70’s works.

There will also be jugglers, street entertainers and face painters for the children.
