Two men found ‘cutting up deer’

Police were alerted after two males with two dogs were spotted ‘cutting up deer’ in West Hoathly.

The incident happened on February 11.

A spokesman for Sussex Police said: “One in a white van and the other in a green Land Rover were spotted at the far end of the car park to the West Hoathly Bowls Club car park cutting up deer.

“The offenders tried to hide it from the informant but they managed to get a photograph with Mid Sussex vehicle registration details.”
