VIDEO - Comic Relief Onesie run for fun
Pupils from Downlands and Windmills schools in Hassocks put on their onesies and took to the streets for Comic Relief.
They took a run around the village in their onesie and PJs collecting cash from onlookers and collected £135 on the day plus another £150 in sponsorships.
Jaki Watkins, learning mentor at Downloads Community School, said: “A huge well done to the pupils who took part but we have to thank the parents who also ran around the streets in their nighttime apparel!! And also the people of Hassocks who gave so generously. They all looked fantastic and were certainly not afraid to do something funny for money.”
