BALCOMBE'S NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN: Great news! Our Neighbourhood Plan has been approved to go to Referendum on Thursday 1 September. Please vote YES to the question 'Do you want Mid Sussex District Council to use the neighbourhood plan for Balcombe to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?' The plan has been developed over the past 4 years with periods of consultation along the way, presentations by local landowners, visits to specific village groups and numerous questionnaires. We hope therefore that the plan will be supported. If you would like to see a copy of the Plan and the associated documents : Design Guide, Consultation Statement, Sustainability Appraisal and Basic Conditions Statement please see the Parish Council website or call 01444 811800.
